I love this balsamic vinegar, it has a rich flavor with just the right amount of sweetness to it. Tastes great with everything, awesome on caprese salad.

This is my favorite balsamic no matter what the cost. This one is great for all purposes, I use it for salad dressing and it's a perfect balance. Can't go wrong with this one.

This is amazing stuff! When I use it in salad I don't even need olive oil, as it is so thick it covers the lettuce without it. I think I could drink it even! I'm buying some for friends too

This is the best balsamic vinigar I've ever tasted. I received it as a gift a few years ago and have not bought another balsamic ever since. Friends who try it love it too. It has a wonderful sweet taste and unique flavor.

I received a bottle for Christmas 2008.
When I opened the bottle, I never dreamed

This is so beyond what I expected. This is my 4th bottle This time I ordered the BIG one! I could drink this straight from the bottle! It's thicker and smoother than any balsamic I've tried. Perfect on savory and sweet. Can't say enough!
