* Our Bottles consist of 80% recycled glass from the wine industry.

* Our Boxes consist of 80% recycled corrugate.

* Our Packing Materials (Peanuts and BubbleWrap) are 100% recycled.

* Our Labels are printed with bio-degradable ink, on recycled paper and are non-plasticized so  they can be easily removed from the bottles for recycling. 

 

* The “Essence” of Fresh Fruit, Produce and Herbs that we use to Infuse our Olive Oil is 100% Natural and a usable by product of the Flavoring Industry. The normal process of creating Lemon Olive Oil by crushing lemons with the olives requires thousands of tons of lemons and creates a tremendous amount of waste. We have partnered with a local Lemonade Flavoring Company and use the lemon by products from their production process.     

 

* We purchase our raw fruits, vegetables and herbs from local farmers/producers in order to support our local community.

 

* The corks that we use to seal our bottles are 100% Cork and sealed with a Bee’s Wax sealer.
