Homemade Mayonnaise made with Lemon Infused  Olive Oil Recipe
 
Ingredients:
 
-1 large egg
-4 large egg yolks
-1 1/4 cup Sonoma Farm Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
-9 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
-1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, plus more to taste
-Freshly ground pepper to taste
 
Steps:
In blender combine the egg yolks, mustard 
Beat on high for 2 minutes or until smooth
Gradually drizzle in Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil and beat constantly, until mixture is thick
Blend in remaining salt and pepper
**Keep refrigerated
 
For a Tasty twist use different Infused Olive Oils, to make 
Garlic Mayonnaise, Rosemary & Basil Mayonnaise or Red Pepper Mayonnaise
Great on Burgers, Sandwiches, Pasta Salad
