Parmesan, Pear, Walnut Salad with Blood Orange Olive Oil and Traditional Barrel Aged Balsamic  Recipe
 
Ingredients:
 
-4 cups of mixed greens loosely packed
-4 teaspoons Sonoma Farm Traditional Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
-2 tablespoon Sonoma Farm Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive  Oil
-1 ripe pear cored and thinly sliced
-3 ounces aged Parmesan cheese
-1/4 cup walnuts - chopped
-Freshly ground pepper - to taste
 
Steps:
Arrange greens in a shallow bowl
Arrange pears slices atop greens
Sprinkle with grated cheese, then the walnuts
Toss lightly with blood orange olive oil and traditional barrel aged balsamic vinegar
add pepper before serving
