BBQ Chicken Kabobs With Lime and Hot Pepper Olive Oil Marinate Recipe
-3 tablespoons Sonoma Farm Lime Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-3 teaspoon Sonoma Farm Hot Pepper Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
-1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces skewers
In a small bowl, whisk together the Lime and Hot Pepper Olive Oil. Preheat the grill for medium-high heat. Thread chicken onto skewers, Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill skewers for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken juices run clear. Drizzle lime and hopt pepper oil over the chicken and salt and pepper to taste.
