Sonoma Farm Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with 100% California Olives that were picked at the height of maturity in the Fall of 2020. We pride ourselves in the superior quality of our gourmet olive oils and guarantee only the freshest and most flavorful olives are used. We source our olive oil from a small family farm in California. Our EVOO is our special blend of Arbequina and Arbosana olives that are pressed with in hours of picking. The oil is a light fruity flavor.
Light Fruity Flavor
This is a full-bodied pure olive oil that has a light fruity flavor and is perfect for cooking, drizzling on salads, or in baked goods.

It has a great fresh taste with a little peppery back finish and mouth feel. We use it as a finishing oil on every thing. Fresh tomatoes and basil are great! We use less expensive virgin olive for cooking and baking.

I love it on crusty bread, drizzled on pasta and makes an amazing salad dressing. I truly love the full rich taste.

It’s good quality olive oil. Sufficiently rich with a bit of characteristic peppery aftertaste, though on the milder end. Producer’s care for the product really shows though! Probably pricey for everyday cooking but also probably worth it anyway.
