 Ricotta Cheese Pasta with Kalamata Olives and Blood Orange Olive Oil Recipe
 
Ingredients:
 
-1 pound Penne Pasta
-1/2 pound fresh Ricotta cheese
-24 Sonoma Farm Kalamata Olives pitted coarsely chopped
-1/2 cup Sonoma Farm Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-Coarse Sea Salt & freshly ground pepper - to taste
-Freshly grated Parmigiano Cheese to taste
 
Steps:
 
Bring a large pot of water to boil
Add salt and pasta - stir well - Cook until al dente
In a large bowl mix Ricotta and olives
Add 1/4 cup of pasta cooking water 
Add Blood Orange Olive oil and mix until thoroughly combined
Drain the pasta and toss quickly with sauce
Sprinkle with Parmigiano Cheese and serve
