Fig Balsamic Vinegar is made with a barrel aged traditional Balsamic vinegar of Modena and fresh pureed figs. The process is done by hand in small batches to maintain the best flavor. These one gallon jugs are great for food service, restaurants, olive oil shops and chef’s.

This unique vinegar enhances simple salads and adds depth to meat marinades. Fig Balsamic Vinegar elevates vanilla ice cream to gourmet status. Use on salads, deserts, cookies, fruit, chicken, pork etc.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE this! Makes the best vinaigrette! Mix well, then drizzle over salad: 1/3 C fig balsamic vinegar, 1/2 C EVOO, 1 Tbsp stone-ground mustard (or Dijon, etc), 1 Tbsp honey, salt & pepper to taste. AMAZING.
