Shipping & Return Policy


All orders will be shipped from our Countryside, Illinois location via UPS /FedEx residential addresses within the continental United States.  We can not ship to PO Boxes.


Please allow up to 3-5 business days processing time for orders to be prepared for delivery to our shipping carriers. The UPS / FedEx standard delivery times then apply.   To estimate your product arrival, please allow up to 3-5 business days of Sonoma Farm  processing time PLUS estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days for most shipments.  WE DO NOT DO EXPEDITED SHIPPING (e.g. UPS Next Day Air, 2ed day air etc. ).

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled same day by emailing support@sonomafarm.com or calling (708) 834-0025 at no charge.

Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to support@sonomafarm.com

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the ship date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs both ways for any unauthorized returns.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Undeliverable, Refused or Missing Shipments
Sonoma Farm is not responsible for undeliverable or refused shipments by the recipient.  In the event of a returned package to Sonoma Farm, we will contact the customer regarding the situation and work to coordinate a new delivery.  It is, however, the customer’s responsibility to pay for the incremental shipping charges if re-shipment is requested.  If it is unable to be re-shipped, Sonoma Farm will refund the amount of the order, less original shipping costs, to the customer.

Sonoma Farm is NOT responsible for shipments confirmed as delivered by UPS that were lost, stolen or not in the intended hands of the recipient.
