LOVE LOVE LOVE this! Makes the best vinaigrette! Mix well, then drizzle over salad: 1/3 C fig balsamic vinegar, 1/2 C EVOO, 1 Tbsp stone-ground mustard (or Dijon, etc), 1 Tbsp honey, salt & pepper to taste. AMAZING.
