Spicy Grilled Cheese
Grilled Cheese, Bacon, Avocado and Tex-Mex Candy Jalapenos Recipe
Ingredients
-4 slices wheat bread
-1 tablespoon Sonoma Farm Tex-Mex Candy Jalapenos
-2 tablespoons butter, softened
-3 ounces smoked cheddar, sliced
-6 slices crisp-cooked bacon
-1 small avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
-2 tomato slices
Directions:
1. Butter one side of all the bread add cheese to unbuttered side of bread with bacon on top of the cheese. In skillet or griddle, cook over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes, until toasted and cheese is melted.
2. Place avocado, Tex-Mex candy jalapenos and tomato on melted cheese and close bread. Makes 2 sandwiches.
