Olive Oil Mayonnaise
Homemade Mayonnaise made with Lemon Infused Olive Oil Recipe
-1 large egg
-4 large egg yolks
-1 1/4 cup Sonoma Farm Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
-1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, plus more to taste
-Freshly ground pepper to taste
In blender combine the egg yolks, mustard.
Beat on high for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Gradually drizzle in Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil and beat constantly, until mixture is thick.
Blend in remaining salt and pepper
