-2 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken, skin removed
-1 cup drained Sonoma Farm Giardiniera (Hot or Mild)
-1/3 cup mayonnaise
-1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Steps:
Mix together and put on toasted French bread
