Lime Grilled Halibut
Grilled Halibut with Lemon Olive Recipe
-1 – 6 oz. halibut filet rinsed and patted dry.
-1 tablespoon of Sonoma Farm Lemon infused extra virgin olive oil
-Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
On a small plate evenly coat fish with lemon infused olive oil and sprinkle with Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Place fish flesh side down first on a preheat grill on medium high heat and grill on each side for about 3 to 5 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the fish and the type of grill you are using.
