 Ricotta Cheese Pasta and Blood Orange Olive Oil Recipe


-1-pound Penne Pasta
-1/2-pound fresh Ricotta cheese-24
-1/2 cup Sonoma Farm Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

-2 Tomatoes Chopped
-Coarse Sea Salt & freshly ground pepper – to taste
-Freshly grated Parmigiano Cheese to taste


Bring a large pot of water to boil
Add salt and pasta – stir well – Cook until al dente
In a large bowl mix Ricotta
Add 1/4 cup of pasta cooking water
Add Blood Orange Olive oil and mix until thoroughly combined
Drain the pasta and toss quickly with sauce
Sprinkle with Parmigiano Cheese and serve
