Suggested Uses

Substituting Olive Oil for Butter

I use it when baking bread, replacing melted cooled butter. It works great and seems to distribute a buttery flavor much better.
Try a trace in your pan when frying eggs! I also brush baking potatoes with it and add sea salt before baking. Fabulous!
