Beyond description. Intensely flavorful but not intense enough to make it ever be overwhelming. This is a must have in our home now. We just had some for dinner. Since it’s healthy we eat it often. Doesn’t have to be pasta. It’s a great sauce for zucchini, onions, green pepper, and other veggies. Very thankful to eat gourmet at home.
