Lemon Olive Oil Cake Recipe
-2/3 cup Sonoma Farm Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-3/4 cup sugar
-1 cup flour
-2 tsp salt
-1/2 cup whole blanched roasted almonds (chopped)
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degree
2. Beat-eggs and sugar together until the sugar is dissolved and the egg mix is firm
3. Sift flour and salt together.
4. Roughly chop almonds.
5. Gently fold flour, lemon olive oil and almonds into the egg mix.
6. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan
7. Bake for 1 hour
