Lime Olive Oil Avocado Tomato Salad Recipe

– 1 half ripened avocado
– 1 ripened tomato
– 1 Lemon
– 1/4 chopped red onion
– 1 jalapeno
-2Tsp Sonoma Farm lime olive oil
-Chop up a ripe tomato.
– Chop up red onion
– whole jalapeno or half of it . chop it very fine(you can even remove the seeds to avoid spice).
-Chop up cilantro
-Spoon out avocado from the peel and chop into chunks, toss them with lime olive oil
-Squeeze lemon over everything.
-Mix all the above ingredients salt and pepper to taste
