Blood Orange Asparagus
Oven-Roasted Asparagus with Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 1/2 – 2 pounds asparagus trimmed
-1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
-4 tablespoon Sonoma Farm Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive OilÂ
Steps:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Place asparagus in a single layer in a large roaster pan
Toss lightly with blood orange infused olive oil and sea salt
Roast asparagus turning occasionally for 20 minutes or until tender

I prepared these as directed and they turned out great! I never liked asparagus before but I love it now.

I used fresh long green beans instead of asparagus, because the asparagus was out of season. delicious!
