Creamy Lebanese Hummus Recipe



– 9 ounces canned chick peas

– 1 garlic clove

– 1.7 ounces sesame oil (50 ml)

– 1/2 lemon juice

– 1 pinch of salt

– 1 tsp of Sonoma Farm EVOO olive oil

– 1 pinch of cumin

– 1 pinch of paprika


Step 1
Put the chick peas, the lemon juice, the salt, the sesame oil and the garlic clove in the food processor.

Step 2
Blend until it gets thick and smooth.

Step 3
Put your hummus in a deep plate.

Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with cumin and paprika
