Blood Orange Coconut Balls
Coconut Balls with Blood Orange Olive Oil Recipes
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup of raisins
-3/4 cup walnuts
-1/2 cup dried dates, pitted
-1/2 cup dried apricots
-3 tbsp Sonoma Farm Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-1 small bag unsweetened shredded coconut
Steps:
In food processor pulverize raisins, dates and apricots for 1-2 minutes
Add Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil and blend for 1-2 minutes or until mixture clumps together
Place 1/2 cup of coconut on plate
dampen hands with water then form mixture into 1″ balls and roll in coconut
Store balls in refrigerator
