Goat Cheese and Pancetta Rosemary / Basil Olive Oil Appetizer Recipe
Ingredients:
-5 oz fresh Goat Cheese
-2 tablespoon Sonoma Farm Infused Rosemary and Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-6 slices soft bread
-1 tablespoon fresh cream
-8 thin slices smoked pancetta
Steps:
Blend Goat cheese, salt, pepper and cream
Cut bread into desired shapes and top with cheese
Warm rosemary / basil olive oil in non stick pan
Add the pancetta and let it absorb the oil
Let pancetta crisp, drain on paper towel
Places pieces of pancetta on top of cheese covered bread
