Roasted Artichoke Hearts Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients:

Canned quartered artichoke hearts.
Sonoma Farm Extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and black pepper.
Sprinkle on some finely grated Parmesan cheese.

Directions:

Fry in in a pan with olive oil until brown on each side
Season them
Service them hot
