Brussels Sprouts Stalk Garlic Olive Oil Recipe
1 -Brussels Sprouts Stalk
3 -tablespoons Sonoma Farm Garlic Olive Oil
1 -teaspoon kosher salt
-Preheat oven to Roast at 400 degrees F.
-Baste Brussels sprouts generously with garlic olive oil and kosher salt.
-Place on aluminum foil, and center on oven rack.
-Roast in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, turning the stalk every 5 to 7 minutes for even browning. Reduce heat when necessary to prevent burning. Brussels sprouts should be darkest brown, almost black, when done. Adjust seasoning with kosher salt, if necessary.
